Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on cosmetics and food items. We appreciate your understanding in maintaining the quality and safety of these products. However, if you are not satisfied with a certain product for any reason, please contact us at contact@thesoukspot.com and we will certainly do our best to make it right and offer you the best solution possible.

Eligibility for Returns

- Items must be unused, in their original packaging & condition you received them.

- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us at contact@thesoukspot.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos (if applicable to your order).

2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted without exceptions.

Refund Process

- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we have inspected the returned item.

- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@thesoukspot.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll certainly make it right.
